By using our website and placing an order, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Orders & Prices

• All prices are displayed in Israeli Shekels (₪). Delivery fees are added according to the destination.
• Orders are confirmed after contacting the customer by phone or WhatsApp.
• We reserve the right to cancel an order if an item is out of stock or if we are unable to contact the customer.
• Product colors may vary slightly from the images due to lighting and screen settings.

Delivery

We provide delivery services across the West Bank, Jerusalem, and Arab communities within Israel.

Delivery Fees:

• West Bank: ₪20
• Jerusalem: ₪30
• Areas within Israel: ₪70

Estimated delivery time is 2–5 days from order confirmation. Delays may occur in exceptional circumstances beyond our control or that of the delivery company.

Payment

Cash on delivery.

Exchange Policy

1. If you receive an item different from the one ordered, MR. Men's Fashion will cover all exchange and redelivery costs.
2. Exchange requests must be submitted within 3 days of receiving the order. Items must be unused, in their original condition, with all tags and labels attached.
3. Exchange requests submitted after this period will not be accepted. MR. Men's Fashion is not responsible for delays in submitting exchange requests.
4. For customer-requested exchanges, such as size or color changes, the customer is responsible for exchange delivery fees, unless the error was made by our store.
5. Customers are not responsible for delays caused by the delivery company after submitting an exchange request within the specified period.
6. This policy is subject to applicable mandatory consumer rights, including rights relating to defective items or products that do not match their description.

Intellectual Property

All original website content, including text, images, and designs belonging to MR. Men's Fashion, is protected by the rights of its respective owners. Commercial copying or use without prior permission is prohibited. All third-party trademark rights are respected.

Applicable Law

These terms are governed by the applicable laws of Palestine, subject to any mandatory laws that apply to sales and deliveries in the relevant destination.

In the event of any discrepancy between language versions, the Arabic version shall serve as the reference for interpretation, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
